After a fairly long while contemplating about this, I finally decided to make some special parts/side stories ♥ I'll call it, "Pang".
A "Pang" story will fully contain one particular event where the MC ( Vallerie ) meets certain trivia characters and have interactions with them. While Pang stories themselves don't really make an important impact to the main plot, they still have their own effects that later may influence the MC's relationship with the others. Therefore reading this is optional.
The title of Pang stories will include in-between which parts this event will occur, and also the name of the trivia characters the MC will encounter. As an example, look at that title up there. "7-8" means this event occurs between part 7 and part 8, while "Parkinson" is the subject the MC will meet.
Oh and, the term 'Pang' is made up btw xD
Anyways, hope you like it! ♥

"Dray?" Someone struck the door open behind you when Draco had just agreed to escort you to the Potions class.
"You were out so long that I decided to look for you."
A suspiciously familiar fat girl pushes the door close after putting somewhat irking face. You know you've seen this girl somewhere, and after some more bit of thorough observing, you noticed she's the girl who walked along with Draco to the Great Hall earlier, and also surprisingly, one of your roommates. You then assume she's the hippo who noised the entire room up last night with her damp snore.
Pansy Parkinson, the name tag says.
"Parkinson," Draco called up. He frowned, then turned his head to look at you with disconformity.
"You're-"
"Oh. Craneenduh?" The girl braved you a dull stare. "You're here, too."
That marks the third person who, intentionally or not, misspelled your surname. Is it really that difficult to pronounce your name correctly in this school?
"It's Cranindor." You returned the look, trying to outstare her.
"..right," She scooted closer to Draco, holding her chin up high as she clasps his arm. You could make out her mouthing half hidden behind Draco's shoulder, 'whatever'. Then she resumed with a slight retard, reappearing her face, "my fellow roommates, if you don't mind here, I have some important business with Draco today.
Just the two of us."
Oh. So little Mallard got himself a faithful girl. Never once you heard about this before. You'd find this pair matches flawlessly to each other - and lovely if possible, had they not acted so malevolent towards you from the start. Draco staggered for a split moment, then with a distanced head, looked at Pansy in slight uneasiness.
"..business?"
"Aw, don't tell me you forgot already, Dray." She pouted and tugged his hand low enough to make his tall body unbalanced.
"We need to fetch the 'How To Deal with Rabies House Dogs : Guide to Dogglory' book from the library for your father, remember?"
You fight down a burst of sudden laugh. For the thought she was gonna say some things a normal legit couple would do and by the judge of her flirtatious attitude towards Draco, this thing of a mere book retrieval is rather out of track.
"I hope it's not something to worry about - that thing that's currently going on inside your inflated, dirty head." Pansy threw a flagrant smirk, pointing at you out of your expectation and notice. Dirty head? Some manners she had learnt.
Draco, now having a plain grumpy expression, looked at you again.
"..'twas his request. Remember those dogs back at our manor? Last time you visited, they bark nonstop, mouths foaming like mad. Father told me the book he owned about it had been bitten off to bits by them the moment he took him out the shelf, so you see I had no choice on me."
Pansy wrenched her grip, looked at Draco then suspected roughly, "You've known him before, Dray?" She shot you another stare that seemed to had formed into something much more like a glare full of hatred.
"Actually, yes. What's your concern to that, Parkinson?" You took his favor to reply, and that seems to anger her even more.
"I don't have any slightest thing to concern about if it's only you, Cranundah. Now if you excuse us,"
"I need to show her the way to Potions class, Pansy." Draco came up abruptly the second Pansy had took a step.
"What? It's still too early for class." She frowned, then turned her eyes down to you yet again.
"Besides, you can go ask other people, if you're really desperate to go there now. I've said it, didn't I; I have some business to take care of with Dray, so even though you pleaded, he can't, or should I say won't, go with you."
"Well if you're so stiff about it, then ahead are you. I have not any intention to plead, begging for someone to escort me somewhere. I'll find the way to the class by myself." You looked at both of them. Pansy grinned and simply gave you an insincere thanks.
She then began to lead their way to the library, dragging Draco along, but apparently that perky smirk of her didn't last long; her lips start to curve downwards as she realized there are more than two pairs of shoes thumping on the porcelain - Draco actually tugged you along with them.
"Didn't I recall hearing your statement of defeat earlier saying that you're gonna find your way to the Potions class all by yourself?" She stirs her skeptical look to you. She seems to be extremely flustered when she saw Draco is holding your hand. You quickly pulled your hand off his' and stiffened your expression, as if waiting for him to say something.
"Let her go with us, Parkinson,"
"..what? Why??" Pansy had her tone raised in a strange way. You were just about to say the same thing.
"I thought you said you agree we'll go together!"
"Yeah; that, indeed, is what I agreed of. We're definitely going together."
Pansy gaped.
As you're watching this despondent couple engage in further unpleasant conversation, some bit inside you feels a little awed that Draco is actually allowing you to go with him. Perhaps, he understands that searching for a class in a building as expansive as this all alone as a newcomer is rather difficult.. but then again, in a way that also implies that he's underestimating you. You're sure you can find the class all by yourself ..eventually, if must - even though you can't help the thought that you may be late for your first class here too just because you wandered around the school too long just for locating one room in which the lesson had been held.
Anyway he won't feel sorry enough for you to make him do this, he's an egoistic brat since you knew him, so whatever he's doing at the present you suspect must be of something for only his good, whatever that may be.
You then chanced to see Draco throws you a look over his shoulder. You blinked several times as he motioned his eyes worriedly, perhaps wanting to tell you something, and fortunately you're fast enough to perceive what he says.
'Drop your fancy purse and gimme a hand here, will you.'
Or so it looks like that's what he's saying.
You worked him a confused look as you didn't quite understand what he meant, forcing him to constantly turn his head back and forth to Pansy and you. He then conjured another look on his face for you to interpret.
'Pulp's been piling up on my plate, waiting for me to wipe them clean with my gracious tongue as if I'm somekinda dung eater..'
He pauses a bit then added a scowl to his expression.
'You think I wanna go with that 'thing'?'
'What? I thought you and her are going out!' you frankly replied with the same face language. Apparently that only made his expression curls even worse as he throws you a rough 'what the?' face.
You looked at Pansy who's still flouncing around, trying to negotiate, or rather force Draco to just get on with her and leave you hanging around on yourself. If Draco says what you thought he says, then she must be in crush with him just like the other Slyth girls, but sadly he didn't even bother to return the feelings. That made you ask yourself almost immediately why do you even feel sorry of her; she deserves what he done.
"No, why does she have to go with us? It's our first date, Dray, hunny!" She screeched barely more than a whisper. That took some of you to hold back a laugh over her perception of date.
Draco navigated his eyes to you again, sullenly. You know he actually has that gut to shout on girls faces telling them to just fuck off, but it seems like he's rather reluctant to do it if he knows they have a crush against him. As to why, perhaps he's just afraid of hurting their feelings. Or maybe he's just afraid of them losing their feelings against him, which will taint his famousness among the girls.
Either way, he's helpless now. So you decided to just make a move to aid him on.
"Look, Pan," You peered over Draco's shoulder to her squashy face. She eyed you back dangerously.
"Forgive me for interrupting, but if all you want is to be stuck in this corridor being catty at this time of morning, then I have to voice, it'd be better if Draco goes with me to the Potions class now."
You faked a grin on your face. You wrapped your arms fondly against Draco's from behind and snuggled your lips close to his face as if you're gonna give him a kiss. "Books can wait - can't it Draco?"
Yup. This is definitely how things are gonna be drilled.
In return, Draco, who seemed to agree with your idea, reacted back by folding his one of his arms gently on your waist, planting a soft kiss on your forehead as his grey eyes stare at you with a deep passion. That sure flushed your face off red in instant, as well as Pansy's.
"..The heck?! Dray!" She snapped, eyes all wide in shock. She grabbed your tight grip, intending to separate you from him.
"Get your filthy hands off Dray at once, Craneendoh."
"It's Cranindor, Parkinson." This time Draco corrected. How that touched you for a bit.
He then shoves Pansy's hands off yours in a curt manner and tightens your cuddle, eyes still on dagger.
"Wh- Draco..!?"
Both you and Draco gave her the powerful combo stare, and after a few good seconds did she finally realize that she had lost. That stare serves as the finishing move.
She then flashed you a cannibalistic, homicidal look as she hisses; piping your glares down, "..you'll get this, Cran. You will have - mark my words - you will have to pay."
"Oooh I'm scared, Draeyyy!" You cooed very sarcastically to Draco in response to her sayings, snugging your face on his chest and god, someone should've looked at her wasted face now.
All disgusted by your acts, she finally get her stomps up in defeat and walked away, seemingly back to the Great Hall. You soon broke into a wacky cackle along with your acting partner after her steps are far enough from earshot.
"What bag of insane, unmaintainable rubbish," You waved that Pansy a good goodbye from behind with your tongue sticking out like a toad. "What a heck of roommate, heck of girl."
"One heck of an amusement park," Draco patted his palms in delight, letting you free of his grip.
"And you make a good Shakespearean actress. Truth check."
"Mucho gracias."
You thought for a while back then he's not gonna actually kiss you though, but that particular soft peck sure gave you some lasting beats, despite the fakeness and your endless hatred towards this guy.
"Don't take it seriously, you foo'. That kiss no more than a part of play - its a suicidal act, let me tell you, and merely for the sake of my safety."
"I do not. If it wasn't for heating that Pan up, I won't let you spray even a single germ on my face." You wiped your forehead with the back of your hand briskly. "Why even bother promising her something when in the end you're just gonna cancel it anyway? And to think I've done those kinds of actings - I'm forever scarred."
"Wait, detention? For wandering around at night?" You laughed over the fact that it's supposed to be a secret but he ended up spilling it out.
"I intended to report Potter and those two loser friends of him who did the same that night, just for the bloody sake of a small house point addition. But turns out it went the other way around and I ended up getting a detention along with them." He grunted grumpily.
"Poor you. Suppose that to be a lesson for being a careless nocturnal."
"Hah. Look who's talking. Wasn't the dumpy girl I saw this early in the dawn and got her pajamas stuck in the bathroom doorknob was the same girl who's standing in front of me in the present?"
"Oh, please," You sheepishly rubbed your forehead again, wiping the aforementioned lip germs. Then you ventured your eyes to the wall around, looking for a clock.
There goes one. This school just knows how to express its awareness of time.
It's 9:02, and as you looked back, you see some of the students are already out from the Great Hall.
"Potions class?"
That sheer, signature smirk of him finally got back up again on his face, and you started pacing your steps as you both marched through the corridors. You best be avoiding that Parkinson on the way if she's still around, you kept telling yourself silently.
